Our 10000 Series is designed to meet your cushioning, packaging, sealing, spacing, thermal insulation, and light, water and steam gasketing requirements. It comprises polyether and polyester foams of various densities, compressibilities and deflections.

Polyether foam may be ideal when contact with water is a criteria and price is an important factor to consider.

In applications where resistance to elongation is critical, polyester foam offers a better performance than polyether.

The density of the foam chosen, expressed in pounds per cubic foot, as well as its compressibility will have an impact on its capacity to perform according to expectations.

When a closed cell product is too expensive and/or over-engineered for a particular application, our 10180FLP and 10330FSS products may be indicated because of their low permeability to air and water.

The performance of some of the products in this series is tested according to UL94HF1, FMVSS-302 and/or California Bulletin 177 standards.
