The 40000 series consists of polyethylene foam products, available in a variety of densities for packaging, insulation and protection applications. Products in this series are very versatile and economical.

Low-density polyethylene is mainly used in packaging and protection applications. Available in higher densities as well, polyethylene foams provide higher tear resistance than other materials for a large number of protection applications. This material offers good resistance to moisture in a wide range of temperatures. Polyethylene is a clean, non-abrasive, light, recyclable and reusable material that does not contain any CFCs or HCFCs. It constitutes an efficient and economical alternative to a number of packaging and protection materials.

Polyethylene foam insulation is water, mould, steam and insect resistant. Whether it is used as a reflective insulation, a water-repellent agent or as an airtight gasket, polyethylene foam is a flexible, strong, clean and easy-to-install product.
